There’s no charge to use any amount of campaigns, no limits on how many customers you can enroll, or any commissions.
You only pay for automation runs, which are priced at 9¢ per run, plus resources (typically a few pennies more per customer).
The typical charge per campaign is estimated to in the 60¢ range- although you can control each and every step along the way. View the pricing example below for more details.
The goal with a maintenance campaign is to get people on a monthly maintenance plan.
The campaign has 3 stages:
Each stage has a communication flow called a Journey.
You are charge 9¢ for each lead that successfully enrolls in it. (if the lead don’t have a phone number, didn’t give you consent to text them, or has any other reason why they can’t be enrolled- you won’t be charged).
Checkpoint: Since each stage has a Journey, there can be a maximum of 3 Journeys- or 27¢ per lead. (3 Journeys x 9¢ per Journey= 27¢).
In addition to the Journey pricing, you also pay for the resources you use. Each text message is priced at 1¢, and every Journey can have up to 4 text messages.
This means:
Max 4 texts x 1¢= 4¢
Times the maximum amount of Journeys: 4¢ x 3 = 12¢
This makes the absolute total cost per the Maintenance campaign be:
Max Journeys: 27¢
Max Texts: 12¢
Max total cost: 39¢ per lead.
You can control which Journeys you activate. For example, you can decide to only have automated follow up in the new stage, and handle everything yourself afterwards. This will allow you to reduce costs.
This scenario assumes the absolute worst. It assumes that every time you move your lead to a new stage they will ghost you and you’ll need to follow up aggressively until they answer. We estimate that this would be fairly rare, which would mean lower costs to you.
